Proper Rental is a new addition to the Northern California prop rental scene. Stephane Cambourakis, its owner, had been renting props for fourteen years as the manager of the legendary (now closed ) prop house, Beaver Brothers Antique and Props ("Northern California largest prop house"!) on Market Street.
As such, he rented props to every film, commercial, photo shoot and advertising made in the Bay Area and beyond.

Proper Rental has a smaller but growing prop inventory, some from the old Beaver stock , some from France, with an eye for solid, basic props as well as interesting objects on their own.

Proper Rental clients have included : Hewlett Packard , Apple, 24 hour Fitness, G.E. financial, J. Jill, Bullock & Jones,Microsoft, Houses and Gardens ,Pendleton,Mother Jones, DHC, Toric. . .etc.
